By accessing or using Scout Africa (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful prospecting and outreach purposes. You will not use the data returned by the Service to send unsolicited spam, to mislead recipients, or to violate any applicable anti-spam, data protection, or consumer-protection law.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to contact any lead and for honoring opt-out requests from recipients.

Scout Africa searches the live web and returns business contact information it finds publicly available. We do not guarantee that every email is deliverable or that every phone number is active. Email validation is provided to help reduce bounces, but you use the data at your own risk.

The Service offers paid plans with limits on scouted leads, campaigns, and AI credits. Plan fees are billed through our payment provider. Credits are consumed as you scout leads, generate emails, and create business plans. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We retain all rights to the Service, including its design, branding, and software. Generated email and business-plan content you create is yours to use. You retain responsibility for the content of the outreach you send.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or others.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scout Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
